Delivery address within Germany
Installation of PV components on private or public buildings
The PV system output is max. 30 kWp

Note on qualified product pages: “This product is eligible for the zero-rating according to Section 12 Paragraph 3 No. 1 UStG.”

How it works in 3 steps

Order: Place the desired items in your shopping cart and order as usual with 19% VAT.
Fill out the form: Download the PDF, enter your order number and a short confirmation, and save the document.
Send by email: Send the form to support@redstar24.de . We will briefly review your information, issue a corrected invoice with a 0% discount , and refund the difference.

Why don't I see 0% at checkout?
To ensure the invoice is correct and verifiable, we initially calculate the amount at 19%. After your confirmation, we will issue a corrected invoice with a 0% rate and refund the difference.

Which products are included?
Permanently installed components of PV systems (e.g. solar cables, solar connectors and PV accessories), provided the legal requirements are met.

What evidence is helpful?
Your confirmation on the form is sufficient. Optional project information can expedite the review process.
